The Riley County Health Department is a versatile and efficient organization that has been serving Riley County for well over 50 years. Our workforce of approximately 40 employees includes nurses, social workers, dietitians, support staff, and administration.

RCHD is proud to be an accredited health department. Since September 2011, the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) has recognized health departments that meet national standards that ensure they provide essential public health services in their communities. The PHAB awarded RCHD accreditation in 2020.
